Search Engine Optimization Software

How it Works

The Web CEO Search Engine Optimization Tool was created to organize the process of web page optimization for search engines. The software displays the results in the form of user-friendly reports that are easy to work with. Even if you are not a professional SEO, you will have no difficulty operating it.

This SE optimization tool generates reports on factors that influence search engine rankings. If you are a seasoned SEO practitioner, the tool saves a lot of your time and effort. And even if SEO is not your main line of work, the software will make it unnecessary to hire a professional SEO. The software features five reports. See the Search Engine Optimization tool in action.

1. Starting search engine optimization analysis

Description: To check whether your website pages comply with requirements of search engines, you need to (1) enter the Web or local addresses of pages to be analyzed; (2) enter up to three keywords for analysis; and (3) select a search engine.

2. Reading a search engine optimization report

Description: As soon as the search engine optimization analysis is completed, you get a report that typically includes warnings, recommendations, and detailed analysis of your site.

    2.1. Warnings and recommendations

Description: Optimization advice is the most important part of the optimization report and it is greatly admired by website operators. Here, you will get easy-to-follow advice on what should be done to improve your rankings in search engines.

    2.2. Advanced page analysis report

Description: If you want your site to be in the top ten of keyword results, even with cutthroat competition, you may need the advanced analysis report. It covers more than 100 elements that influence page rankings. And what is especially great, you can compare these elements of your site with the high-ranked websites. In this way, you come closer to the winning formulas used by your competitors.

2.3. Off-the-page factors that influence site rankings

Description: Search engines pay special attention to the so-called off-the-page factors when calculating the index of relevance of your website to the key phrase. The Advanced analysis report has a section devoted to these factors: link popularity, theme of your site, major directory listings, etc.

3. Density analysis report

Description: To find the density of the words and phrases used on your page, go to the "Setup" tab, choose the web page you want to analyze, and enter keywords in the "Keyword" fields. Then, on the “Density Analysis Report” tab, highlight a page for analysis and configure density analysis in the “Settings for highlighted page” section. Specify the length of the phrases to be analyzed, and select the search engine of interest.

4. SE view report

Description:To see the areas “visible” to search engines and understand if your optimization efforts have a chance to result in top rankings, go to the "Setup" tab, choose the web page you want to analyze, and enter keywords in the “Keyword” fields. On the "SE view report" tab, choose a search engine for analysis.
